BlackBerry smartphones have features of multimedia playback and touchscreen, but there are some things that RIM must be repaired to maintain Blackberry.

Browser

Unlike the iPhone or Palm Pre, because the BlackBerry does not display the web page like in the PC. BlackBerry users instead get the look of web pages mobile version as in the 90's

Touchscreen

RIM introduced the first phone touchscreen BlackBerry Storm. However, RIM is now making haptic feedback with all the buttons on the screen, when a virtual key can not be helped. However, Storm became slower than the iPhone or a BlackBerry with a physical keyboard.

App Store

With millions of iPhone users, the BlackBerry App Store it seems difficult to follow the iPhone App Store. Considering this the Apple iPhone App Store has sold 70.000 applications, while the BlackBerry App Store only 2.322 applications. However, the iPhone itself is more focused on commercial products, while the BlackBerry for business. In fact, there are 45 percent of BlackBerry users comes from non-business. If RIM wants to make the BlackBerry more fun to use, RIM must filter out developer and put a lot of marketing at its App Store.

Wi-Fi

Wi-Fi has become a popular feature in mobile phones. However, for the BlackBerry Storm and the Tour is already having 3G access, but no Wi-Fi

Desktop software

Although quite a lot of BlackBerry users, but they often find it difficult to arrange music and data with RIM software.
